Five jump cuts

November 27, 2007

01

A recent demonstration through the night of Frankfurt city. Don’t know anymore about the slurp above, it was even so dark I can’t see his face. Surprise there is one! Anyway, a lot of music, electro to punk to folk. There were more people there as Daniel and me expected. Funny, because a pub owner – we took a beer, before we filled up our inventory at the next fuel station – around the starting point of the movement don’t know anything about it.

02

It was always a relaxed party, awaited with a dress show about revoluzzers around the world. Guess the origin of the following Hellsing dude!

05

This one Latin-American look alike, dressed into simple but effective clothes, mask to protect himself against corrupt executives, use a plain blank, putted his fist to a proper music into the air.

03

Unfortunateley the local police didn’t like the music and stopped the demo.

04

You know what happened next. Several clashes between police and demonstrants.

23

After hanging around there for some time, we returned back to ours bikes. Daniel was so much drunk, he made only three accidents on his bike. After all, I was so much fun, at least as we use my “shortcuts” through hell of black woods. You REALLY could’t saw your hands in front of your face.

Jump cut.

Somewhere around the time, there was the annual book fair in Frankfurt. After Anna and me perambulate the first hall, we met the incredible pusblisher of that booklets, you often see in newspaper shops. You know this kitsch love stories with great names, Edelweiß for example. Gee, serious buisness with some wise guys, as you see!

06

We need a break after that.

07

By accident, we saw Farin for a moment. For those who don’t know him. He’s part of the selfproclaimed world’s best musicband, die Ärzte. He took so much shots in India that he fill a big photobook. Nice, but I’m more interested in a new Magnum book, hell of expensive.

08

Jump cut²

Scruffy people hanging around. What’s going on? Tocotronic is ina town!

09

All started with someone called Troy von Balthazar. Juicy Canadian, but acting somehow striking in his way. Nice anyway. Is that Canadian style?

Some Tocotronic snaps, just for the fun.

Dedication party of Kathys flat share. Quiet nice, I was really drunk, can’t remind the later part. But from what I know it was great!

Jump cut4

Anna and me enjoyed the last autumn days of this year.

19

Wondering about “Wagner-on-the-go” (is increase your walking power!).

22

And salute the upcoming winter. Polaroid is magic. This is a unintentional 3000 asa shot, was surprised of it softness. And it’s good exposure, of course!

Wenn man im Atem innehält

One last Jump cut.

Somehow sad, isn’t it? Make me believe he see a half-empty glass.

20

Take this, sucker!

21

Bye.
